Our fulfilment center is located at Atlanta, GA. All items ordered through our site will be shipped from Atlanta, GA.
We ship our products in the U.S only.
We use the UPS service only. We offer a variety of shipping options to choose from when you would like to receive your order.
Regular ground service normally takes 2-3 business days except in the West Coast area. The West coast area may take 5-7 business days.
The 2nd day service takes 2 business days.
Next day air will be delivered to following next day.
We ship over 90% of orders received by 2pm EST on the same day, Monday through Friday.

The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed after you enter your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost before you enter your credit card details and confirm your order. We ship through UPS to ensure safe, reliable, timely delivery
After your order is shipped, we will send you an email shipment confirmation. It will also provide a shipment tracking number, with easy links to the shipping carrier’s website, so you can track the delivery status of your order. PLEASE PROVIDE US WITH YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS TO RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER.
It only applies to regular ground shipping. Free shipping for regular ground shipping will be applied to cart automatically for orders over $150 dollars(USD) not including sales tax. We reserve the right to change our shipping policies at any given time with or without notice. Promotional shipping offers are valid according to promotional periods outlined on our owned and paid media channels and are subject to end/change with or without any given notice.
Return & Exchange & Refund
Yes, we do. We are pleased to offer a return policy on all items that you ordered from our website within thirty days of receiving your order. We find that we have very low return rates. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order, and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on all items except sales or closing items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
We are more than happy to accommodate returns on our products. If the original package is not opened, worn, tampered with. You may return it within 30 days of delivery.
You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs, and we recommend that you send your return with order number and tracking number because we will not be responsible for lost returns. We are happy to exchange your unopened items within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. WE WILL PAY THE RESHIPPING COST FOR EXCHANGE ITEM.
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the packing seal is opened, worn or tampered with.
You must contact us first at ecommerce@loveydoveyhair.com within the thirty (30) day return period of receiving your order. Your return items must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. We will provide you with our return address which is in Atlanta, GA, where the returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. Opened items will not be refunded or exchanged.
After inspected and confirmed returned items, we will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping cost is excluded.
Yes. We do understand that picking the right hair color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer or phone or tablet screen, so we are more than happy to accommodate an exchange of your orders that been opened, worn or tampered with.
No. For reshipping for exchange, we will pay for it!
We will email you about the item or color to be exchanged after we have received, inspected, and confirm that the returned items are not opened, worn or tampered with.
